Union Hill is a section of Denville Township in Morris County, NJ. The Union Hill section comprises the southernmost part of Denville and is mostly south of Route 10. Although one of the oldest settled parts of Denville, it is characterized by having some of the most recent housing developments, many built in the 1990s. Denville Hunt, Forest Park, Robin Hill, Puddingstone, Paramount Estates, are Coventry Chase are just a few of the beautiful neighborhoods located in Union Hill. The Ayres/Knuth Farm, located on Cooper Road in Union Hill, is listed on both the New Jersey and Federal Registers of Historic Sites. The Ayres Farmhouse is one of 10 buildings on the 53-acre farm.

Residents have convenient access to NJ Route 10, which connects to Interstate 287, which runs north-south through Morris County and offers easy connections to major east-west routes including Interstate 80, 280, and NJ Route 24. The train stations in Denville and Morris Plains are located close by. Lakeland Bus Lines provides service from Denville to NY Port Authority Bus Terminal in Midtown Manhattan NYC. During rush hour, the bus ride takes about 65 minutes.
Public Schools for Union Hill residents include Lake View Elementary School (Kindergarten-5), Valleyview Middle School (6-8) and Morris Knolls High School (9-12).
Veterans Memorial Field is located in the Union Hill section of Denville on Zeek Road. This park has a soccer field, football field, baseball field, and a children's playground. Veterans Memorial Field is home to Denville's Happy Hound Playground, which is a fenced in field and agility course for dogs. Passes are available to both Denville residences and non-residents for a yearly fee.
Denville has a charming downtown with a variety of shops and restaurants. East Hanover offers highway shopping along NJ Route 10 with large discount chain stores, strip malls, movie theatres, restaurants, and many other retail outlets. The Rockaway Townsquare Mall, one of the largest and most modern malls in New Jersey, is about 10 minutes away in Rockaway Township. The Shoppes at Union Hill are located close by on NJ Route 10.
