Florham Park Borough (07932) is located in Morris County, NJ - about 30 miles west of NYC. The community has a total area of 7.6 square miles and has approximately 3,400 housing units. Florham Park is known for its low property taxes, small-town atmosphere, and convenient location close to major highways. Most of the homes and neighborhoods in the community were constructed starting in the 1950s. Today, there is very little open land left to develop. As a result, it is common for builders and other speculators to purchase small ranch and cape homes to knock-down and replace with high-end new construction. Some of the housing developments and neighborhoods include: Floral Manor, Briarwood, Murphy Circle, Sherbrooke, Summit Woods, Rosemont Estates, and Country Club Estates. Florham Park is home to the New York Jets training facility and corporate headquarters.

Morristown Municipal Airport, which is the second-busiest general aviation airport in New Jersey, is minutes away off of Columbia Turnpike. Newark International Airport is a mere 30 minutes away.
